Michael P. Iserson - President

Mike is a 1963 graduate of Bradley University where he received a BS in Economics. He founded Roberts-Lund Associates in 1967. Roberts-Lund was a retained search firm specializing in executive level placements in the financial services industry. Mike served as President of Roberts-Lund until its dissolution in March of 1996. In the spring of 1996 he founded National Corporate College Consultants, and has been responsible for initiating and developing client relationships with companies such as The Pepsi Bottling Group, EMC, DuPont, Unilever Cardinal Health, Honeywell and other Fortune 100 companies. Mike's responsibilities at NC3 focus on new business and product development.

Samuel L. Iserson - Sr. Managing Director

In September of 1999, Mr. Iserson joined NC3 as its Senior Vice President of Operations. His staff of 14 executes all of NC3’s consulting projects, and supports the national university recruitment efforts of companies such as The Pepsi Bottling Group, Cardinal Health, Xerox, DuPont, Unilever, Honeywell and others. Prior to NC3, Mr. Iserson worked with Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in the company’s Global Money Market group where he was recognized for spearheading the development of the firm’s in-house trading analytic and deal capture system. While at CSFB, Mr. Iserson oversaw a $25 billion short term interest rate portfolio and managed a staff of 3. He holds a BA in Economics from Brown University.

Sean M. Donovan - Director

Sean’s responsibilities are primarily focused in the area of client management and overseeing day-to-day operations. He is responsible for managing company resources to meet program objectives, and has developed and implemented NC3's internal training and development programs. Sean has a strong background focusing on customer service and project/event management. Prior to joining NC3, Sean held project management positions at K.Jones Productions and International Management Group. He also coordinated new product development for Fastweb.com. Sean joined NC3 in August of 2000 and holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
